About Me
Born:  December 21, 1976

Hometown:  Detroit, Michigan.

Marital Status:  (SORRY LADIES) Married to Kelly and we have a beautiful baby boy named C.J.

What High School did you attend?  Detroit Country Day School (graduated with honors b!$ch)

College:  1 post Graduate year at Bridgton Academy in North Bridgton, Maine proceeded by four years of right winged Christian conservatism up the a$# at Hillsdale College.

After graduating from Hillsdale College, I went to work as a Financial Consultant for a big firm. That really didn't work out. Then I went on to work for an insurance company and that REALLY didn't work out. After that, I went on Survivor. I spent the next year making money and meeting people and traveling.  When that was done, I went to work for a technology company. You wouldn't believe that place. Needless to say, that just didn't work out.   Then I went to work for Lexus doing national auto show work.  That just didn't work out. During this time though I began working on air at WDFN.  That (thank God) is working out.  I also began working in pharmacuetical sales, which I am proud to say is working out also. I early 2004, I began working with Comcast Local doing color for college hoops and sidelines for college and high school football. That is also working out.

In 2004, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I have never been happier to know that  my hyperactivity, low attention span and lack of concentration was the result of a neurochemical issue, correctable by medication, and not a lack of desire, work ethic or motivation. I encourage anyone who believes that they may suffer from ADHD to contact their physician. Today, with the help of medication, I am doing better both personally and professionally. Things are really working out.

Kimbo Loss Was Just Plain Predictable.
Friday 10-10-2008 12:08am ET

I love MMA! I love it! In much the same way that Sean loves hockey, Wojo loves Nutter Butters, Stoney loves coke (caine not cola) and Otto loves Grade A tail. Then again, we all love Grade A tail. Even us married guys love Grade A tail right? Because the thing about Grade A tail is that.............Wait! Sorry. Got sidetracked. So where was I? Oh yeah. Kimbo!

This was predictable to any MMA fan and here are the top five reasons why. Again, this isn't the end of Kimbo. But what it could be is the end of Elite XC. Note to Elite XC. Be careful who you make the face of your company.

Top 5 Reasons Kimbo could not avoid an early career loss.

5. LUCK - In MMA people get caught. The best three rounds of a fighters life can end with him on his back and his lights turned out. Even the very best MMA fighters in the world have found themselves on the wrong side of a punch, kick or submission.
4. INTIMIDATION - Alot of MMA fighters took Kimbo's hype as an insult. These guys are professional fighters and not prone to being intimidated. So there were alot of guys who were anxious and excited to get a piece of him. Elite XC cast him as a super badass, and while he was just that on the street, he was very green in the octagon. And experienced fighter was going to pop him.
3. FOCUS - Kimbo had way too many things he was being asked to do as a young fighter. He was headlining main events. Doing interviews. Pondering movie offers. That's too much for a young fighter. A guy toward the end of his career? Maybe.
2. COMPETITION - FEDOR. Arlovski. Two veteran names that I don't think he would have been good enough to beat over the next twelve months, and for Elite XC to maintain credibility, he would have had to face one of the two. Ballgame!
1. GROUND GAME - Even though it was a strike to the face that dropped him, Kimbo on the ground is like a fish out of water. Although it's early in his career, he clearly doesn't have the ground chops that an MMA fighter has to have to survive.

Put on Lions uniform and ask kids who used to look up to your sorry ass for a handout. Charles Rogers is an idiot. And no! I don't care how he grew up or where he grew up. Clearly, he never grew up.

Top 5 Movie Quotes That Sum Up How The Lions Make You Feel
Sunday 09-21-2008 4:37pm ET

Sunday I asked listeners to give me the movie quote that best sums up how they feel about the Detroit Lions. I had alot of good ones, but here were the top five. Oh wait! Before I get to there's, here's my number 1.

"This is your team!"  - Norman Dale.  HOOSIERS

My honerable mention is...

"Yes dey' diserved to die and I hope dey' burn in Hell!"

The listeners gave us a ton to work with, but we have chosen the following five.

1. "Stupid is is stupid does" - Forrest Gump.  FORREST GUMP
2. "You can't handle the truth" - Col. Nathan Jessup.  A FEW GOOD MEN
3. "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life son" -  Dean Wormer.  ANIMAL
     HOUSE
4. "Nobody goes full retard"  -  Sgt. Lincoln Osiris. TROPIC THUNDER
5. "Hey I'm a reasonable guy. But I've just experienced some very unreasonable
things".  - Jack Burton.  BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA
